S2W is a global demand generation company offering full funnel, Omnichannel solutions, using sophisticated lead generation techniques and AI to deliver quality sales leads. MusMedia was contracted to help pivot the business from being a service provider to becoming a strategy partner for its diverse range of clients. This included the creation of a sales and go-to-market strategy, all new sales material including corporate deck, proposals and internal sales processes. It also included the remote management and training of a global sales team consisting of 12 sales people across US, UK, Germany and India. We also lead and supported on all client liaison including calls, emails, proposals and escalations.

Fidel have created a global API platform, powering applications with real-time transactional data to democratise access to payment data. MusMedia was contracted to develop a global commercial expansion strategy and support the growth of business development in key markets. This involved building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients for the required regions. Educating and evangelising on the benefits of adding payment data to existing customer data. Supporting product development based on client needs.

Coniq have an established SaaS loyalty CRM serving the needs of shopping malls and retailers across the world. MusMedia was contracted to support the CRO and EVP of Strategic growth with the Commercial strategy and business development plan for international markets. This included building internal processes for responding to RFP's, a sales pipeline, sales materials and spending two months full time in Dubai, project leading the on boarding of a new client which is one of the largest shopping malls in the world. This involved building a project plan, daily liaison and reviews with the client on progress, managing the cross-functional team for the project, recruiting new team members in Dubai and being the first contact for any escalations.

KHL Group are an international media company and leading supplier of global construction information. MusMedia was contracted to build a digitisation business plan and create new revenue opportunities by migrating their brands to being predominately online and digitally based. This involved identifying new advertising opportunities, structuring a new online sales story and training the sales team in how to sale digital ad solutions. Working closely with the head of circulation to create a data strategy to identify and capture both declared data from readers as well as cookie data from online visits. Clearly prioritise which data is valuable and how it can be translated to insight to create commercial opportunities. Additionally, build the foundations for a demand generation business that can be socialised at the right time.

ABC was a brand new FinTech start up with the vision to launch a new cryptocurrency on the Blockchain as a loyalty solution to address the challenges with current loyalty currencies. MusMedia was contracted at the very start of this journey to develop the global commercial strategy. This involved everything from technology and partner selection, defining product requirements and building out the commercial offering, pricing structure and value proposition. I also embarked on a road show around companies from Financial institutions to Reward and Loyalty players across Europe to evangelise and educate them on how Blockchain will disrupt the loyalty market. This also included investigating the legal and potential future regulatory requirements and the preparation to run an ICO (Initial Coin Offering) or Token sale, as well as, evaluating payment solutions for retailers to minimise integration requirements, to enable them to accept the new digital loyalty currency and scale both an earn and burn Blockchain/Cryptocurrency proposition for their consumers.
